At IT Mimas, we value customer satisfaction and are committed to providing a hassle-free shopping experience. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms under which we accept returns, exchanges, and issue refunds. Please review the following guidelines carefully.
- We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery for unused, unworn, and unwashed items that are in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.
- Products purchased during promotional or clearance sales may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please check the product page for more details.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@mimas.in.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product has been inspected and approved.
- Refunds will exclude the original shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

All returns and exchanges are typically processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item. Please allow additional time during peak periods, holidays, or for international returns.
For a smooth return or exchange process, we ask that returned items meet the following criteria:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Original tags must be attached to the product.
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
If the item is found to be damaged, used, or altered in any way, it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
For international orders, we accept returns within 20-25 business days of delivery. Please note that international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Some items are non-returnable due to their nature or hygiene reasons, including but not limited to:
- Personal care products
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
These items are non-returnable, except where required by law.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@mimas.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, details of the product(s) being returned, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back.
