📦 1. Returns & Exchanges
  • We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery for unused, unworn, and unwashed items that are in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products purchased during promotional or clearance sales may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please check the product page for more details.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

💳 2. Refunds
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product has been inspected and approved.
  • Refunds will exclude the original shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

📅 3. Processing Time

All returns and exchanges are typically processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item. Please allow additional time during peak periods, holidays, or for international returns.

📦 4. Condition of Returned Items

For a smooth return or exchange process, we ask that returned items meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Original tags must be attached to the product.
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

If the item is found to be damaged, used, or altered in any way, it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

🌍 5. International Returns

For international orders, we accept returns within 20-25 business days of delivery. Please note that international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards

These items are non-returnable, except where required by law.
